The antibody is directed against the β chain of human MHC class II antigens. It reacts with cell surface MHC antigens and cross reacts with MHC Class II antigens of other species.
Preparation Note
Maintain cultures between 3-9x100,000 cells/ml; 5% CO2; 37°C.
RPMI 1640 + 2mM glutamine + 10% Foetal Bovine Serum (FBS)
