The antibody detects MALA-2 found primarily on activated T and B lymphocytes. The antigen has a molecular weight of 95-100kDa and is the murine equivalent of the human intercellular adhesion molecule ICAM-I. antibody directly inhibits proliferating cell populations in MLR.
Preparation Note
Maintain cultures between 3-9x100,000 cells/ml; 5% CO2; 37°C.
DMEM + 2mM glutamine + 10% Foetal Bovine Serum (FBS)
