This cell line is EBV-genome-negative but expresses EBV receptors and can be converted into a permanent EBV-positive line.

Maintain cultures between 2-9x100,000 cells/ml; 5% CO₂; 37°C.

RPMI 1640 + 2mM Glutamine + 10% Foetal Bovine Serum (FBS).
