Biochem/physiol Actions

Mouse Sp2/0 x Mouse BALB/c spleen
The antibody detects the sheep L-selectin (MEL-14/LAM-1) molecule expressed by re-circulating naive T cells, some memory-type T cells, neutrophils, B cells, medullary thymocytes and monocytes. The antibody cross-reacts with the L-selectin of cattle.

Preparation Note

DMEM + 2mM glutamine + 10% Foetal Bovine Serum (FBS)
Maintain cultures between 3-9x100,000 cells/ml; 5% CO2; 37°C.
