Biochem/physiol Actions
MT4/E4 is a very strong neutralising monoclonal antibody with a wide range of neutralising monoclonal activities against homologous human IFN-α-2. The heterologous IFN-α-1 is weakly bound but also shows cross-reactive neutralisation. There is no cross-reaction with human IFN-β or IFN-gamma.
