Preparation Note

Maintain cultures between 3-9x100,000 cells/ml; 5% CO2; 37°C. Cells attach loosely to surfaces and can be aspirated or shaken off.
RPMI 1640 + 2mM Glutamine + 10% Foetal Bovine Serum (FBS).
