Preparation Note
Joklik′s MEM + 2mM Glutamine + 10% Horse Serum.
Maintain cultures between 5 x 10,000 to 5 x 100,000 cells/ml in a Techne stirrer; 5% CO2; 37°C. Cell doubling time is 30 hours.
