Human T cell lymphoblastic leukaemia
Subclone of MOLT-4 (Sigma Catalogue number. 85011413) and is a high expresser of the cortical thymocyte differentiation antigen HTA1 and can be used for the production of CD1DmRNA.
Preparation Note
DMEM + 2mM Glutamine + 10% Foetal Bovine Serum (FBS).
Maintain cultures between 3-9x100,000 cells/ml; 5% CO2; 37°C. Cells should not remain in culture for long periods otherwise expression of CD1 is lost.
