The antibody is directed against rabbit muscle glyceraldehyde-3-phosphate dehydrogenase. This line is a World Reference cell line capable of growing in serum-containing and serum-free media (supplemented with insulin, transferrin, ethanolamine and selenium). The ampoules supplied are from an 180 ampoule distribution stock prepared at the Riken Cell Bank in Japan.
Preparation Note
E-RD7 + 2mM glutamine + 5% Foetal Bovine Serum (FBS) (Kyokuto) or serum-free RPMI 1640
Maintain cultures between 3-9x100,000 cells/ml; 5% CO2; 37°C.
