A non Ig-secreting, HAT sensitive, 6-thioguanine resistant, human B lymphocyte. Derived from the parent line WIL2.NS (Sigma Catalogue number. 90112121).

Human Caucasian B lymphocyte

Maintain cultures between 5x1,000-5x10,000 cells/ml; 5% CO₂; 37°C.

RPMI 1640 + 2mM Glutamine + 10% Foetal Bovine Serum (FBS).
