Mouse P3-NS1/1-Ag4.1 x Mouse BALB/c spleen
The antibody is directed against a heat-resistant and trypsin-resistant antigen present on bovine oligodendrocytes and Schwann cells and is used in developmental studies of these cell-types. The antigen of IC-08 appears after galactocerebroside.
Preparation Note
DMEM + 2mM glutamine + 10% Foetal Bovine Serum (FBS)
Maintain cultures between 3-9x100,000 cells/ml; 5% CO2; 37°C.
