Mouse P3-NS1/1-Ag4.1 x Mouse BALB/c spleen

The antibody is directed against heat-resistant and trypsin-resistant antigen present on bovine oligodendrocytes and Schwann cells and can be used in developmental studies of these cell types. All IC-09+ are also positive for IC-08 and galactocerebroside.

DMEM + 2mM glutamine + 10% Foetal Bovine Serum (FBS)

Maintain cultures between 3-9x100,000 cells/ml; 5% CO₂; 37°C.
