Biochem/physiol Actions

The antibody is directed against a molecule similar to the 44kDa molecule recognised by FW1.136 which is expressed on all sheep leukocytes, red blood cells and platelets.

Preparation Note

IDMEM + 2mM glutamine + 1% Hypoxanthine, Aminopterin, Thymidine (HAT) + 10% Foetal Bovine Serum (FBS) (may benefit from IL-6 in medium)
Maintain cultures between 3-9x100,000 cells/ml; 5% CO2; 37°C.
