Mouse NS0 x Mouse BALB/c spleen
The antibody is directed against MHC class II molecules on cell surface and on immunoblots. It also reacts with polymorphic determinant and is therefore subgroup specific.
Preparation Note
Maintain cultures between 1-2x100,000 cells/ml; 5% CO2; 37°C. Saturation density reached at 3-9x100,000 cells/ml. (takes 3-4 days to reach 5x100,000)
RPMI 1640 + 2mM glutamine + 1mM Sodium Pyruvate (NaP) + 10% Foetal Bovine Serum (FBS)
