Preparation Note
Coon′s modified Ham′s F12 (or Kaign′s modified Ham′s F12 + 45mg/L ascorbic acid + 18mg/L Inositol) + 2mM Glutamine + 5% Foetal Bovine Serum (FBS).
Split semi-confluent cultures 1:50 i.e. seeding at 2x1000 cells/cm2 using 0.25% trypsin or trypsin/EDTA; 5% CO2; 37°C. Saturation density is reached at 10x10,000,000,000 cells/10cm2 dish.
