The antibody recognises the CD11b bovine leukocyte antigen cluster. CD11b is also called CR3 or Mac-1 in humans.

Maintain cultures between 10,000 to 100,000 cells/ml; 5% CO₂; 37°C. May need macrophage feeder layer.

RPMI 1640 + 2mM glutamine + 10% Foetal Bovine Serum (FBS)
