COR-L311 has been isolated from a 63 year-old male patient with extensive disease and relapse after 3 cycles of chemotherapy treatment with eroposide, colchicine, methotrexate and vincristine.

Human lung small cell carcinoma

Maintain cultures between 3-9 x 100,000 cells/ml; 5% CO₂; 37°C.

RPMI 1640 + 2mM Glutamine + 10% Foetal Bovine Serum (FBS).
