Medium 199 with Hanks? BSS + 2mM Glutamine 20% Foetal Bovine Serum (FBS)
Split sub-confluent cultures (70-80 %) 1:2 to 1:4 i.e. seeding at 3-5x10,000 cells/cm2 using 0.25% trypsin/EDTA; 37 C; 5% CO2.
