Human colon carcinoma
The cell line MDST8, also known as T8, has been established from human colorectal tumour explants. It has been applied in gene therapy studies using adenoviral transduction.

Preparation Note

DMEM + 2mM Glutamine + 10% Foetal Bovine Serum (FBS).
Split sub-confluent cultures (70-80%) 1:3 to 1:6 using 0.25% trypsin or trypsin/EDTA; 5% CO2; 37°C
