General description
Corning® 5L锥形瓶是一种带刻度的一次性广口烧瓶，采用聚碳酸酯和非细胞毒性材料。空间大，适合放大悬浮培养。具有一流的光学透明度和机械强度。该锥形瓶可高温灭菌一次（121°C、15 psi，20分钟），但反复多次的高温灭菌会使烧瓶寿命缩短。大通气盖可有效隔离外界环境，促进气体交换并降低溅液风险。
