General description

二丁酰环磷酸腺苷(cAMP)具有类似内源性cAMP的活性。具有亲脂性，细胞渗透性更强，更能抵抗cAMP磷酸二酯酶的水解。二丁酰cAMP可抑制磷酸二酯酶，作为探针在信号转导通路中发挥重要作用。
