二亚乙基三胺/一氧化氮加合物(DETA/NO)是一种NONOate(R1R2N-(NO-)-N=O),生成的NO具有最长的体外半寿期。吸入型DETA/NO可用作动物和人类的肺血管扩张剂。这种NO供体在溶液中以可控方式释放一氧化氮。DETA/NO参与蛋白下调和p53表达上调。它可增强p53翻译后修饰,也可下调Nanog和Oct4 mRNA水平。
