应用
本品适于作为沉淀底物，在免疫组织和免疫印迹分析中原位检测过氧化物酶活性。DAB会生成高强度的耐酒精黑棕色色斑，是免疫组织分析的首选底物。经DAB染色后，玻片可进一步进行脱水和树脂封片处理，以便保存供后续比对。SIGMAFAST™ DAB片剂不需要另外的缓冲液或步骤来配制活性底物溶液。铝箔独立包装。
制备说明
