Biochem/physiol Actions

N-去甲基氯氮平是毒蕈碱型乙酰胆碱受体的激动剂,已知具有抗精神病作用。它通过拮抗突触内 GABA(γ-氨基丁酸)受体阻止突触传递。
氯氮平的主要代谢产物;有效的 5-HT 2 5-羟色胺受体拮抗剂和克隆的 5-HT 6 和 5-HT 7 5-羟色胺受体的配体。也是 M 1 毒蕈碱受体的变构增效剂。
