General description
Drabkin′s 试剂用于测量血液样本中的血红蛋白。它的组份包括铁氰化钾、氰化钾和磷酸二氢钾。铁氰化钾将血红蛋白氧化为高铁血红蛋白，然后氧化为氰化高铁血红蛋白。氰化高铁血红蛋白水平估计为 530nm。这是一种可靠的方法，可以测量除磺胺血红蛋白以外的所有血红蛋白形式。
Application
Drabkin′s 试剂已用于定量比色法测定脑组织中的血红蛋白，以评估脑出血、在红细胞中检测溶血以及对侧和同侧脑组织匀浆。
