盐酸多奈哌齐是一种含有有机化合物和非竞争性抑制剂的哌啶类药物。对治疗阿尔茨海默病（其中痴呆为突出症状）有效。已证实多奈哌齐可诱导认知能力和全身功能。其半衰期为 70 小时。
