2′,7′-二氯二氢荧光素二乙酸酯（DCFH-DA）是一种对氧化敏感的荧光染料，用于检测细胞内活性氧（ROS）水平。DCFH-DA是一种细胞渗透性非荧光探针，可被细胞内酯酶水解为DCFH，当被细胞内的ROS氧化时形成荧光DCF。
激发波长是504 nm，发射波长是529 nm（溶于乙醇）。尚未测试过DMSO溶剂，不过已有多篇文献表明这种溶剂适合使用。
