3,3′-二氨基联苯胺（DAB）是过氧化物酶的发色底物，可作免疫组织学和免疫印迹染色技术的染色剂。最终产品具有耐酒精性，因此DAB液体底物系统可以与多种复染剂和封片剂一起使用。DAB液体底物系统提供了产生快速、便捷的DAB底物溶液所需的所有色原体和缓冲液/过氧化物溶液。
应用
3,3′-二氨基联苯胺（DAB）四盐酸盐液体底物系统已被用作以下检测的底物：
- 用于鉴定热休克蛋白（Hsp）在肝中表达变化的免疫印迹试验
- 免疫染色后切片的可视化
- 小鼠膝关节切片的免疫组织化学
- 骆驼视前区kisseptin神经元的免疫标记

每个 DAB 液体底物系统均提供 250mL 的 DAB 底物溶液。
