应用

3,3′-二氨基联苯胺(DAB)四盐酸盐液体底物系统已被用作以下检测的底物:
  • 用于鉴定热休克蛋白(Hsp)在肝中表达变化的免疫印迹试验
  • 免疫染色后切片的可视化
  • 小鼠膝关节切片的免疫组织化学
  • 骆驼视前区kisseptin神经元的免疫标记
它与过氧化物酶反应产生的棕色沉淀可用于免疫组织学和免疫印迹染色过程。 不建议用于ELISA(微孔)检测。

注意

可在2-8℃下稳定保存至少一年。
