一般描述

应用

香叶木素已被用于测试其对小鼠模型的慢性压力记忆和认知障碍的保护作用。

生化/生理作用

柑橘柠檬中的类黄酮。抗氧化剂。通过抑制CYP1A1酶抑制致癌物活化。
香叶木素表现出抗炎、抗癌、抗微生物、植物雌激素和保护神经的特性。它通过抑制核苷酸结合结构域(NOD)样受体蛋白3(NLRP3)炎性体和激活核因子红细胞2相关因子2(Nrf2),显示出对脂多糖(LPS)诱导的急性肺损伤(ALI)的细胞保护作用。
