生化/生理作用
柑橘柠檬中的类黄酮。抗氧化剂。通过抑制CYP1A1酶抑制致癌物活化。
香叶木素表现出抗炎、抗癌、抗微生物、植物雌激素和保护神经的特性。它通过抑制核苷酸结合结构域(NOD)样受体蛋白3(NLRP3)炎性体和激活核因子红细胞2相关因子2(Nrf2)，显示出对脂多糖(LPS)诱导的急性肺损伤(ALI)的细胞保护作用。
