General description

Application

JumpStart™ Taq ReadyMix™预混液（用于定量PCR）已用于：

Biochem/physiol Actions

ReadyMix预混液包括JumpStart Taq DNA聚合酶、99％纯脱氧核苷酸、以及优化的2倍浓缩缓冲液。 在配置反应体系时，可将25 μL的ReadyMix加入到引物、模板、检测试剂和水中以达到50 μL的总反应体积。配置可在室温进行，因为JumpStart Taq抗体可使Taq DNA聚合酶处于失活状态。 在第一个变性循环中，抗体会从酶上解离，从而使活性完全恢复。 无需进行特殊的准备或修改实验操作。

Packaging
