生化/生理作用

9,11-双脱氧-11α,9α-环氧基甲烷前列腺素F2α是一种血栓素A2激动剂。它可在体外实验中诱导血小板的形状变化、凝集、分泌、磷酸肌醇水解和蛋白质磷酸化。它还会引起胞质Ca++水平的升高,轻微影响环磷酸腺苷(cAMP)的形成。它可用作血管细胞粘附分子-1(VCAM-1)的有效刺激因子,以介导白细胞粘附至内皮细胞。
