General description

杜氏磷酸盐缓冲盐水（D-PBS）是一种用于处理和培养哺乳动物细胞的平衡盐溶液（BSS）。DPBS缓冲液可用于冲洗、洗涤并稀释哺乳动物细胞，同时维持渗透平衡。它提供正常细胞代谢所必需的水和无机离子。DPBS的钙和镁有助于细胞的结合和成团。不含这些离子的DPBS可用于悬浮后细胞的洗涤和润洗。磷酸缓冲体系将pH维持在生理性范围内。

Application

Dulbecco′s磷酸盐缓冲液已用于：

  • 稀释新鲜红细胞用于研究红细胞聚集物的捕获。
  • 清洗微量滴定板的微孔
  • 在裂解缓冲液中重悬细胞以前清洗细胞进行DNA分离
  • 作为胚胎保存培养基的成分用于胚胎的玻璃化。
