General description
Sigma GenElute™ 粪便DNA分离试剂盒试剂盒用于从新鲜或冷冻的粪便样品中方便、快捷地分离总DNA。该试剂盒还可用于从储存的粪便样品分离DNA。操作过程方便通用，可同时从粪便样本中的所有微生物和宿主细胞中分离出总基因组DNA。产品随附Bead Tube、物理和化学结合的均质手段以及相应裂解液来去除所有微量腐植酸。之后即可通过简单、快速的离心柱操作流程进一步纯化得到DNA。DNA纯化质量高，并在分离过程中完全去除了所有腐植酸和PCR抑制物，因而可以完全兼容各种下游PCR应用。
