General description
脱氧核糖核苷酸(dNTP)是有机分子，由核碱基连接脱氧核糖组成。该dNTP套装为100 mM分装的dATP（脱氧腺苷三磷酸）、dCTP（脱氧胞苷三磷酸）、dGTP（脱氧鸟苷三磷酸）和dTTP（脱氧胸苷三磷酸）四种脱氧核糖核苷酸溶液，以0.25 mL/管的单管包装形式提供，有助于轻松方便地进行PCR反应构建。

Biochem/physiol Actions
脱氧核糖核苷酸(dNTP)是DNA聚合酶的底物，是核酸分子合成的基本单元，呈酸性。dNTP是PCR预混液的主要组分，为DNA扩增所必需。理想的dNTP含量可确保适当的染色体复制，进而保持基因组稳定性。
