Biochem/physiol Actions

研究发现，鞣花酸可抑制低密度脂蛋白的氧化，因这种抗氧化活性它对人心脏具有保护作用。此外，它也具有抗癌、抗纤维化、抗疟原虫、细胞凋亡和化学预防活性。
