Biochem/physiol Actions

General description

β-雌激素或雌激素-17 β (E2)主要由卵巢中排卵前的大卵泡分泌。另外，雌激素可从含有胆固醇合成雄激素的胆固醇中从头合。芳香化酶酶(P450arom)对雄激素芳香化，可产生β-雌激素。

Physical form

室温下为粉末状；分成小份冻存，以避免使用时反复冷冻/解冻

Preparation Note

制备20 μg/ml储备溶液，在1 mβ-雌二醇中加入1 ml无水乙醇;轻轻旋转溶解;混合时加入49毫升无菌培养基。
