应用

Exendin（片段9-39）可用于研究其对基础微血管通透性的影响。它也可作为胰高血糖素样肽-1受体(GLP-1R)拮抗剂，用于：

  • 在小鼠骨骼肌细胞系中，研究确定Exendin-4（GLP-1R激动剂）是否通过GLP-1R发挥作用
  • 在葡萄糖依赖性胰岛素释放肽(GIP)敲除小鼠中，研究其对胰岛适应性的影响
  • 在小鼠胰岛素响应中，体内研究其对GLP-1信号传导的影响

生化/生理作用

Exendin（片段9-39）是胰高血糖素样肽-1(GLP-1)受体拮抗剂，也是葡萄糖依赖性胰岛素释放肽(GIP)受体结合的抑制剂。还能抑制GIP对cAMP生成的刺激。GLP-1可与GIP共同发挥生理性肠促胰岛素作用。
