General description

Application

内皮素-1(ET-1)已被用于研究在有ET-1的情况下H2O2的生成和检测以及NO的生成,用于在隐静脉内皮细胞(HSVEC)中研究ET-1对eNOS/诱导型NOS(iNOS)/小窝蛋白的表达、NO生成、异构体特异性PKC易位和PKC活性的影响。

Biochem/physiol Actions

ETA和ETB内皮素受体的一种有效激动剂。 诱导缺氧诱导因子1α的生成,从而生成VEGF。
