General description
For stabilization of RNA for RNA gel electrophoresis. The reagent comes ready-to-use as a 2x concentrated solution. The reagent contains glycerol for easy loading and bromo-phenol blue for visualization of the electrophoresis migration. Per 500 μL of reagent, 100 RNA samples can be analyzed (if used at 10 μL per well).
