General description

纤连蛋白1是由FN1基因编码的细胞外基质糖蛋白。它在血浆和细胞表面表达。FN1 基因位于人染色体2q35。
FN 是一种二聚体蛋白,通过C末端的两个二硫键连接起来。在纤连蛋白结构内部,结构域在接近肽链的氨基和羧基末端的位置紧密排布。此外,研究人员观察到,尽管来源于单个基因,在人体中鉴定出了多达20个不同的基因变异体。

Application

Biochem/physiol Actions

Preparation Note
