Biochem/physiol Actions

当 FLAG 表位位于融合蛋白的游离氨基末端时与之结合。不与 Met-FLAG 融合蛋白结合,因此不会识别未处理的、细胞质表达的蛋白。结合具有Ca2+ 依赖性;该复合物在不存在钙离子的情况下解离。
