生化/生理作用

当 FLAG 表位位于融合蛋白的游离氨基末端时与之结合。不与 Met-FLAG 融合蛋白结合,因此不会识别未处理的、细胞质表达的蛋白。结合具有Ca2+ 依赖性;该复合物在不存在钙离子的情况下解离。

外形

溶于含 0.02% 叠氮化钠 (w/v) 的 10 mM 磷酸钠、150 mM 氯化钠溶液 (pH 7.4) 中。

制备说明

将抗体稀释至 10ug/mL,置于 0.05 M TBS、pH 7.4、含 1 mM 氯化钙的溶液中。
