General description
碱性成纤维细胞生长因子(FGFb),也称为NUDT6(nudix(核苷二磷酸连接部分X)型基序6)由定位于人染色体4q28.1的基因编码。FGFb基因跨越基因组DNA上的34271 bp,包含16个外显子和6个内含子。FGFb RNA转录物在各种人体组织中表达,包括肝脏,胸腺,脾脏,外周血白细胞,心脏骨骼肌,睾丸,结肠和肾脏。
