7-氟苯呋嗪-4-磺酸铵盐,又称SBD-F,是一种低分子量敏感荧光探针。SBD-F与巯基发射反应(二硫化物不与SBD-F反应,必须首先还原为硫醇,如三丁基膦),产生高荧光化合物。 硫醇与SBD-F的反应速率随pH升高而逐渐增加。在pH值2-12时观察到高荧光强度。 SBD-F的激发范围为380-385nm,发射范围为510-515nm。
应用
SBD-F适用于皮摩尔级别生物硫醇的HPLC测定。SBD-F已用于通过HPLC方法测量总血浆和血清同型半胱氨酸水平。它也适用于通过串联柱高效液相色谱法和等溶剂体系测定金属硫蛋白。 SBD-F已用于确定蛋白质中半胱氨酸残基二硫键的位置以及检测含半胱氨酸的多肽。
