Application
α-L-岩藻糖苷酶（来源牛肾）用于：
- 研究其改变原代细胞转导的能力
- 研究细胞表面聚糖中岩藻糖残基在黏附中的作用
- 研究其在受精过程中的作用。
Biochem/physiol Actions
α-L-岩藻糖苷酶降解含岩藻糖的岩藻糖缀合物，破坏低聚糖和糖缀合物中的岩藻糖苷键。 可作为肝癌和大肠癌的肿瘤标志物。α-L-岩藻糖苷酶表现出转糖基化特性。
