General description

5′- 三磷酸腺苷 (ATP) 生物发光测试剂盒用于样品中 ATP 的定量荧光测定。当荧光素酶催化 D- 荧光素的氧化时,ATP 被消耗并发光。当 ATP 为限制性试剂时,发出的光与样品中存在的 ATP 成正比。

Application
