5’- 三磷酸腺苷 (ATP) 生物发光测试试剂盒用于含2x10–12至8x10–5 摩尔/升样品中5’- 三磷酸腺苷 (ATP) 的定量荧光测定。当荧光素酶催化 D- 荧光素的氧化时,ATP 被消耗并发光。
应用
5′-三磷酸腺苷(ATP)分析混标还用于在ATP活力检测中测定细胞ATP水平。
ATP检测试剂盒用于检测从杜氏利什曼原虫前鞭毛体分离的线粒体部分中的细胞ATP水平。
制备说明
用 5ml 无菌水复原。
其他说明
含有荧光素酶、荧光素、MgSO4、EDTA、DTT、BSA和Tricine缓冲液。
