硫酸庆大霉素，是一种广谱抗生素，在分子生物学和细胞培养应用中作为选择剂（庆大霉素抗性基因）。该产品以10 mg/mL庆大霉素浓度在去离子水中配制，建议用于真核细胞培养，每升添加1毫升。

生化/生理作用

作用机制：庆大霉素可通过与核糖体的30S亚基结合来抑制蛋白质合成。

抗菌谱：包括革兰氏阴性和革兰氏阳性细菌，包括对于四环素，氯霉素，卡那霉素和粘菌素，某些特定假单胞菌菌株，变形杆菌属，Staphylococcus 和Streptococcus的抗性。

其他说明

庆大霉素是Micromonospora purpurea 或M. echinospora发酵后产生的氨基糖苷复合物。 它可以用来作为硫酸盐。 每摩尔庆大霉素基础有三个成分，每一个成分包含五份碱性氮，并且需要5份硫酸。
