General description
结冷胶,吉兰糖胶,可替代琼脂用作微生物和组织培养基中的凝胶剂。结冷胶广泛用于各种固定基质。在电解液的存在下,可以低浓度形成坚实的凝胶。结冷胶是由2:1:1的D-葡萄糖、L-鼠李糖和D-葡糖醛酸经β(1→4)糖苷键连接而成的线性四糖。

- 结冷胶-普鲁兰多糖纳米凝胶的化学交联合成
- 结冷胶-普鲁兰多糖水凝胶合成
- 加入KNOP培养基,维持和制备角苔(Anthoceros agrestis)叶状体组织样品进行成像
