Biochem/physiol Actions
谷草转氨酶或天冬氨酸转氨酶(AAT)催化L-天冬氨酸和α-酮戊二酸与草乙酸和L-谷氨酸的相互转化。这种可逆的转氨酶反应依赖于5′-磷酸吡哆醛(PLP)。谷草转氨酶通过产生L-谷氨酸维持代谢的氮。血清谷草转氨酶水平升高在心肌梗死、肝脏疾病和某些肾脏疾病中都有指示意义。
General description

Other Notes
