General description
GPX1（谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶 1）属于 GPXs 的四元家族，包括 GPX2、GPX3 和 GPX4。它是一种含硒半胱氨酸的蛋白质。GPX1 是 GPX 酶的主要亚型，广泛存在于细胞内。
注意：在报道的最适 pH 值 8.8 下，我们发现活性约为pH 7.0 时的 10 倍。但是，为了与文献保持一致，避免与 GSH 的非酶催化氧化反应混淆，我们的单位仍在 pH 7.0 下定义。
Application
